Take2 to Publish BioShock?
Recently there's been speculation over who is to publish Bioshock. Let the speculation kick into overdrive...

On November 16th Take 2 Interactive, publishers of the Grand Theft Auto series, made an application with the US Patent and Trademark Office to trademark Bioshock.

Take 2 are generally a good bunch, so it'd be great if they were the publishers!
