I've just received an email from Irrational Games, developers of BioShock, who say that, contrary to listing in PCGamer UK, BioShock will not be shown at E3 2005.
They hope to make an announcement in the coming months with regards to the game and who will be publishing it.

Dang, I was looking forward to more info on the game. Oh well.
